Payments

Full payment for purchases made via this web site is due at the same time as making the purchase. All customers will be charged in Australian Dollars AUD$.

Book Prices

1 - 9 books @ $39.95 per book (Plus 10% GST for delivery in Australia)
10 - 49 books @ $34.95 per book (Plus 10% GST for delivery in Australia)
50 or more books @ $29.95 per book (Plus 10% GST for delivery in Australia)

Credit Card Payments

Credit Card payments may be taken up to 48 hours after a booking is made online. In some instances you may be required to provide credit card verification in writing before a payment can be processed.

Refunds

We will not refund money under any circumstances.

Replacement of damaged merchandise

We will replace purchased items where such items are damaged. Items must be returned to us (at the purchaser's expense) with a clear indication of the damage.

Validity of Prices

Prices on the web site are subject to change without notice. Prices are not guaranteed until paid in full.

Addressing

If a package is found to be incorrectly addressed by An Meá WA then An Meá WA shall be responsible for the re-delivery, or replacement of the package. If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then An Meá WA will not refund or resend the product and responsibilty for correcting delivery will be borne by the Customer.

We cannot mail items to PO Boxes - we require a street address.

Incorrect Bank Account Number

An Meá WA gives the customer the choice to pay for products through bank transfer. If the Customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number, and the correct number was provided to the Customer by An Meá WA, then An Meá WA will not accept any responsibilty for correcting payment and the goods will not be dispatched.

Goods and Services Tax

For Australian delivery addresses, all prices are GST excluded unless otherwise stated.
